Homeowner had a wall hung sewer in Schedule 30 PVC. Schedule 30 PVC is a thin wall pipe, it became brittle and broke and flooded the basement. We cut it out and installed 3 inch schedule 40 PVC from all the fixtures to the main leaving the house. Also we installed a backwater valve on the sewer to prevent any sewage back up that may happen from coming in the home.
