Arrived on time and did a good job

We received the best service from Steve's Waterworks Plumbing. Yesterday I couldn't get the water to turn off in the Tub, so I had to turn it off from the main line. We tried fixing it but then half of it was off the wall so I couldn't turn the water back on so we were without water. We called every plumbers that was open 24 hours because it was after 8 at night. We found one and he was suppose to come out in the morning. But never did and he didn't call or anything. Steve's Plumbing called me to see if I found anyone and I said no so they came out and fixed my problem. Thank you so much for your help. Aaron and Justin was amazing. We will for sure go through them again with future plumbing.

Very friendly with expert help

Thank you to Aaron and Justin L for getting my bathroom issue resolved. I was previously informed it would take up to an hour and a half. They got the job done in a half an hour. Also, I was able to finance my bill with them. Which was a major help and good interest rates with options.

Justin was outstanding - fixed the issue and also took the time to answer many questions along the way.

Highly recommend this plumbing company. We had a huge plumbing issue with our sewage ejection pump and had our laundry room flooded. We called Steves waterworks plumbing and they came out within 2 hours to fix our problem. Weeks later we just had another plumbing issue with a pipe burst under our stairs. Called them and they were out to us within 30 mins and fixed that all up for us. They were very kind, efficient and knowledgable. So thankful to have a reliable plumber to call.

Very professional, punctual, knowledge and kind. They were able to fix the issue all in one visit. My toilet had been wrongly installed by a previous contractor and they even wrote a report for my insurance company. I will definitely be using Steve's Waterworks for any future plumbing needs. Both technicians were very personable and extremely efficient in doing the work related to a leak with my hot water heater. An expansion tank needed to be installed to bring the water heater up to code and remedy the leaking. All work was explained to me in detail which was most appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be contacting them again for any future plumbing needs.

Jake Mchale and his crew did a great job for us. During their work, they continuously checked in with us and explained what they were doing. We were very happy with their work and we have passed on their contact info to other family members in need of plumbing services.

We used Steves Water Works for a drain issue in our laundry room. After getting multiple quotes we went with this company because they gave us the most reasonable quote but also because we thought the plumber, Jake McHale was really down to earth and trustworthy. We were extremely happy with our repair, Jake worked on it over the period of a whole day and was very efficient, communicated as he worked and also did a great job of cleaning up when he was finished. We were super happy to have found a reliable plumbing company that we will continue to use and recommend to friends and family.

This company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I am a residential builder however I really do not enjoy doing anything plumbing related for my customers. Ive had several emergencies over the past two or three years and every single time I have called Steves theyve had somebody out either that day or the very next day, they always solve the problem, and are extremely reasonable with their pricing. Every single one of the plumbers and I have met has been extremely respectful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I will never use another plumbing company again as long as Im in the state of Michigan Steves waterworks is who I will be calling!

We called several plumbers to get an estimate to have our sewer line repaired. They gave us the best estimate and the reviews were great so we gave them a shot. Aaron did a great job. He had to remove our gate to get the equipment in the back yard and then they had to come back out because at first it looked like the citys problem but it ended up being ours. So Steve came out himself and was hands on. They were fast, friendly, returned our gate to how it was previously, and now we can use our drains again. Well be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

The team from Steve's Waterworks was polite, efficient and got the job done despite it being unusually difficult due to our old sewer and its unusual long and deep run. They work well in really very poor weather and got us up and flushing again each night even though they had to come back for more work the next day. They explained everything and always had time for my questions and thoughts.

A very good plumbing company! They were on time and got us in asap on a pretty short notice. When they arrived, the gentlemen were patient and persistent in figuring out and fixing my plumbing problem while along being very reassuring. They were very good in cleaning up as well when leaving. Thanks to Steve and his awesome crew. Ended up needing a complete new septic system. His estimate was below the competitors, yet he gave us a state of the art system. Went above and beyond to gain access when no one else would try.

installed new faucet,replaced the plumbing under the sink. Had to cut away the part going to the drain because it would not budge. The guys were very pleasant.

I called Steve's Waterworks today with an urgent problem. Steve answered the phone, took all the information and promised someone would be out within a 2 hour window a bit later in the day. As promised, licensed plumber Aaron and an assistant showed up on time, diagnosed what was needed, went and got the part, came back and fixed it in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend these guys they are always very nice and the work has yet to disappoint, from small repairs to some pretty big ones.

This is a review of the companys pricing schedule. The 2 guys that showed up were great and were here maybe 15 minmaybe. Thats the problem. They were here for 10-15 min and I was charged $159. I understand you guys have to make a profit but $159 seems a bit outrageous to me. Jobs like mine should be on a sliding scale for pricing so the on- site technician can use their judgement to come up with a charge for customers who have jobs like mine. I was expecting a charge of somewhere between $75 & $100.
