Justin came promptly and gave me a fair quote prior to the start of the job. He was informative throughout the duration of the visit to fix a clogged sewer line. At the end we viewed the fix with a camera and clearly the line was clogged with tree roots. He was prompt, fast, clean, fairly priced, and answered all of my questions. The visit couldnt have gone better.

We had a clogged kitchen drain. We had tried snaking and plunging ourselves to no avail. We called another plumber, and they informed us they didnt do this type of work. We looked into multiple companies in the area, reading reviews, and considering all of our options. We called Steves this morning, and was told they could have someone out this afternoon. Tim and Justin showed up in the given window of time, and were professional and ready to work. Unfortunately with one look under the cabinet, Tim informed us that our pipes had previously been installed wrong, which was part of the problem. He gave us a quote that felt fair, and he went to work on handling the clog and fixing the pipes. When he went to the crawl space to get a better idea of what was going on, he discovered more issues with the pipes that were unknown to us. We bought the house freshly flipped, and things had not been done properly. Tim and Justin were so kind in giving us the bad news that this project was going to cost more to fix properly. We wanted things to be done well, so we gave the green light. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work was completed, and we are beyond thrilled with the results. They showed pictures, and explained everything every step of the way. We never felt like we werent sure of what was going on. Its never a great day to have an emergency plumbing need, especially if it costs a significant amount of money, but we are so glad we found this company. We absolutely will use them again, if need be, and we will recommend them to everyone local. Their prices were more than fair, their work was well done and quick, and they were even so kind to our three year old son, and paid attention to him when he wanted to show them his train, and tell them that the sink was broken. What a relief to know not just the symptom was fixed, but rather they got to the root of the issue. What a dynamic duo. We are so thankful!

Justin came out and provided exceptional service! This guy worked so hard lugging in extremely heavy equipment down to my basement and quickly unclogged my sewer drain. He offered knowledgeable advice for possible future issues. He was such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I had a pipe leading to my water softener that exploded! I mean a geyser when I was getting ready to walk out the door in my tiny guest bathroom!!! Out of 7 companies I called the only one that picked up the phone and did everything to help me stop the water, then had a tech Justin Donaldson come in less that 2 hours, he replace the broken pipe and another bad one next to it in an hour flat, so professional so fast. Just an absolute life saver, if it werent for this company and Justin I would of been under water, please do not ever hesitate to use this company, first time homeowner and i know who my lifetime plumber is now, just awesome work. So thankful.

I had Justin come out on a Saturday. I had a window of 3-6 that poor guy got here at 5. He snaked my backed up drains, knew what he was doing, & was in & out within an hour. Can't say enough about my experience with Steve's Waterworks. Basement ceiling caved in due to water leaks in both bathrooms. Steve's team had to replace and update a lot of plumbing, made sure the mold was taken care of, and had to totally rebuild one bathroom and replace flooring and wall patches, painting in the other one along with replace and repair of basement ceiling. Shane did an amazing job with the rebuild and Steve took care of working with the insurance claims also. A whole team worked on plumbing. Would highly recommend this company for large and small jobs. Very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the whole process.

My washer went out so I needed to get a new one. When it was delivered they were unable to hook it up due to the cold water valve being seized up and I was instructed to call a plumber. Called Steve and he got Justin over to me within the hour and he was able to fix all the issues and even hooked up my washer for me I appreciate you guys a lot!! Ill definitely be using you again. Steves waterworks came to my rescue. I had sewage coming up in my basement and a technician came out and cleared my drain and found a break in my sewer. They came out next day to excavate and repaired my sewer. Very knowledgeable and affordable.

This is the second time waterworks-Steves Company has come to my rescue. First time definitely was 9-10 oclock flood when sumpump quit. Todays was to be more of an inconvience however I was delighted that a very knowledgeable young man was available within 2 hrs. On a late Saturday afternoon to change out a leaking garbage disposal. Arrived on time and did a good job

We received the best service from Steve's Waterworks Plumbing. Yesterday I couldn't get the water to turn off in the Tub, so I had to turn it off from the main line. We tried fixing it but then half of it was off the wall so I couldn't turn the water back on so we were without water. We called every plumbers that was open 24 hours because it was after 8 at night. We found one and he was suppose to come out in the morning. But never did and he didn't call or anything. Steve's Plumbing called me to see if I found anyone and I said no so they came out and fixed my problem. Thank you so much for your help. Aaron and Justin was amazing. We will for sure go through them again with future plumbing.

Thank you to Aaron and Justin L for getting my bathroom issue resolved. I was previously informed it would take up to an hour and a half. They got the job done in a half an hour. Also, I was able to finance my bill with them. Which was a major help and good interest rates with options.

This company was great from start to finish! They helped us with a water pressure issue at our rental home. They were able to look at the issue right away and got the repair completed quickly. Great communication, service and repairs!

Highly recommend this plumbing company. We had a huge plumbing issue with our sewage ejection pump and had our laundry room flooded. We called Steves waterworks plumbing and they came out within 2 hours to fix our problem. Weeks later we just had another plumbing issue with a pipe burst under our stairs. Called them and they were out to us within 30 mins and fixed that all up for us. They were very kind, efficient and knowledgable. So thankful to have a reliable plumber to call.

Both technicians were very personable and extremely efficient in doing the work related to a leak with my hot water heater. An expansion tank needed to be installed to bring the water heater up to code and remedy the leaking. All work was explained to me in detail which was most appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be contacting them again for any future plumbing needs.

We used Steves Water Works for a drain issue in our laundry room. After getting multiple quotes we went with this company because they gave us the most reasonable quote but also because we thought the plumber, Jake McHale was really down to earth and trustworthy. We were extremely happy with our repair, Jake worked on it over the period of a whole day and was very efficient, communicated as he worked and also did a great job of cleaning up when he was finished. We were super happy to have found a reliable plumbing company that we will continue to use and recommend to friends and family.

This company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I am a residential builder however I really do not enjoy doing anything plumbing related for my customers. Ive had several emergencies over the past two or three years and every single time I have called Steves theyve had somebody out either that day or the very next day, they always solve the problem, and are extremely reasonable with their pricing. Every single one of the plumbers and I have met has been extremely respectful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I will never use another plumbing company again as long as Im in the state of Michigan Steves waterworks is who I will be calling!

We called several plumbers to get an estimate to have our sewer line repaired. They gave us the best estimate and the reviews were great so we gave them a shot. Aaron did a great job. He had to remove our gate to get the equipment in the back yard and then they had to come back out because at first it looked like the citys problem but it ended up being ours. So Steve came out himself and was hands on. They were fast, friendly, returned our gate to how it was previously, and now we can use our drains again. Well be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

The team from Steve's Waterworks was polite, efficient and got the job done despite it being unusually difficult due to our old sewer and its unusual long and deep run. They work well in really very poor weather and got us up and flushing again each night even though they had to come back for more work the next day. They explained everything and always had time for my questions and thoughts.
