Best plumber and crew around hands down . We have used them for multiple projects. Most recently a super difficult rough in of my master bathroom shower vanity and toilet .They came the next day after contact them at 7pm the night before, no questions asked. They were in and out with in under two hours . The owner, the secretary i talked to the night before and the Crew were all super personable and Price was well below what I thought it would be. I am a contractor and would recommend them to anyone from a small job to a what ever you got. 5 stars isn't enough

After our well pump failed back in November, our family went nearly two months without running water. We reached out to several well companies, but no one was willing to even come out to take a look. During that time, we had to temporarily connect to our neighbors water using a hose, which later froze, forcing us to switch to a heated hose just to get by. In early April, our neighbor utilized Steves Waterworks for his own well needs and referred us to them given our situation. From the very first interaction, the experience was completely different. Steve was compassionate, understanding, and genuinely concerned about what we were going through. He took the time to explain our options and initially advised that drilling a new well might be a more affordable route compared to connecting to city water, which would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Justin was the main person we worked with, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond, working closely with the Oakland County Health Department on permits and requirements, and handling things behind the scenes that we didnt even realize were happening. Unfortunately, due to access to city water and proximity to a neighboring septic system, we were ultimately not approved for a new well. When that happened, Justin and the team at Steves Waterworks seamlessly shifted gears and helped us move forward with connecting to city water. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent. They were professional, on time, caring, and extremely attentive. Justin always answered the phone when I called and never made us feel like a burden which meant everything after being without water for so long. They truly understood the urgency of our situation and treated us with kindness and respect every step of the way. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and we are incredibly grateful. Steves Waterworks comes highly, highly recommended. Any future plumbing or water-related needs we have will absolutely go to them, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

We had a great experience with Steve's Waterworks. Shane was knowledgeable and went beyond expectations to repair our plumbing.

Service was excellent. Collin went above and beyond. Our toilet was behind enemy lines and things were looking bleak. We were pinned down by sniper fire, Rpgs, and artillery. We lost half our platoon. But here comes Collin diving, not once but twice, on an active grenade saving what was left of our platoon. He then carried us out of enemy territory and back to allies. Could ask for a better plumber.

I cant say how much I appreciate when a professional service technician comes to my house, listens to what I say the problem is and they walk me through exactly what is going on and say that the issue was temporary and it would be a waste of time and my money to demonstrate that. Wyatt and Steves waterworks will be my first call when real things happen that I need help with.

The technician text me when he was on his way. He was very professional gave me a few options on how to resolve the clogged drain. We decided to go up by the sink. Once he snaked. It explained to me that there was a lot of grease buildup. He took care of that and was in and out within an hour.

Great service. Fast and friendly. Early November I had them replace my kitchen sink and faucet and last week I had them back to replace both toilets in the house. Very happy with their work. Hopefully, the house won't NEED anything else but, IF it does I'll give them a call.

My hot water tank started leaking everywhere and within a few hours they had a guy here to replace it for me. Price was about what you'd expect but the technician Colin was very professional and friendly. I'll be using these guys going forward

I called Steve's waterworks plumbing Friday afternoon and they were at my house Saturday morning. The receptionist Katelyn allowed me to send a picture of the problem and their company assured me that it would be taken care of. She scheduled a fast appointment for me and the plumber Shane took care of the problem. He explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all my questions. Shane arrived on time and everything was cleaned up when he left. The pricing was right upfront before they even started. I knew exactly the price I was going to pay. This company knows exactly how to treat a customer. I will definitely recommend them to anybody for a plumbing issue, and they WILL BE my new plumbers. THANK YOU!

Top notch service on all counts. I developed a major leak around my disposal. Called Steve's and they were here in 2 hrs. Aaron, who is the most friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable Master Plumber I have ever met fixed everything Home Depot messed up while installing my dishwasher. Apparently, incorrect installation of the diswasher, was the cause of the leak. I am so thrilled with their service. I will absolutely use them again and I highly recommend you do as well. Their rates are more than fair and you can be sure the job is getting done right the first time.
