My kitchen sink was clogged. I had called 5 other plumbers to get a price and no one could give a set price on the phone. Steve's Waterworks Plumbing could. How refreshing! I was told how much for the drain cleaning and how much for the service call. No surprises. No feeling like their prices were on a sliding scale of how much they felt like charging you that day. Arron was prompt, polite and answered all my questions. And a shout out to the lady that answered the phone, sorry I forgot your name. She was so pleasant to speak to, upfront with the prices and booked my appointment for the next day. I was extremely happy with the service from start to finish. My new plumber!
