They showed up In an emergency situation where we had no water. They came promptly an justin the certified plumber was a delight to work with an had us up an running fast an efficiently.

We had someone out very quickly upon having some water back up in our sewer line. The problem was resolved quickly, and we think mostly from just sending a camera down the line. We got a good explanation of the issue and quotes for potential repair work that seemed like a very reasonable price. The service guy was super professional & friendly.

Steve's Waterworks Plumbing is absolutely phenomenal! I had a sewer line collapse right outside my home where it exits my interior piping and they handled the entire excavation and repair process like true pros. A huge shoutout to Justin & Kaitlyn for both of their excellent communication, honesty, and for making sure every detail of the job was done perfectly. Justin replaced both my exterior and interior drain pipes, added a new cleanout, and got everything flowing perfectly again with no leaks. Highly recommend them for any major & minior plumbing needs!

We had Tim come out and install three new toilets for us, which included one flange repair. He did a fantastic job, and I couldnt be happier with the finished product. Amazing work. I have cloth seats and they were able to make them, as well as the carpeting, brand new. I highly recommend.

It seems all plumbing issues come at once. I contacted Steve's Waterworks Plumping last Saturday. Steve himself actually answered the phone while on vacation. He was willing to send a rep out that day. He had such a positive attitude. The customer service at this company is impeccable. He was friendly positive and willing to do whatever it took to solve my problem. They came out, assess the problem and were completely honest about everything, and made several suggestions. They didn't just do the job and leave, they explained everything. A few days later, I went downstairs and noticed a slow drip coming from the ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. I called them again. They immediately sent someone out to fix the problem. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected. This of course, happened on a weekend. Kaitlyn answered the phone, she was great. Friendly and assured me, they would get it taken care of immediately and scheduled someone to come out that same day. So far, they have been to my house three times in a 7 days. I have worked with Justin, Timothy, Kaitlyn and Steve. It has been an extremely long time since I've experienced customer service like what was provided from Steve's Waterworks. They even send a text with a photo of the plumber, so you know who is coming. Steves Waterworks will forever be my go to for any plumbing needs. I am already referring them. Thank you everyone at Steves Waterworks for the exceptional service I received from your company and staff, especially on a weekend and short notice each time. It's a very scary and uncertain situation when a plumbing issue happens, I so appreciated everything you did for me. You're the Best!

This company had saved us in two different catastrophes! Tonight, Aaron came immediately (on a Friday night) and replaced our water heater. It had leaked, soaked through the flooring downstairs and there was obviously no hot water. What a mess! We were facing a full weekend without help. He came immediately, got another water heater, returned and installed it. What a kind person he is, too. It's a pleasure to know the guys that work for this company. Professional, courteous and their work is above and beyond. This is the second time they've saved us. They let you know ahead of time the cost and what caused the problem. Their prices are fair and the fact that they'll help you in a crises, you can't put a price on that! We will never call anyone else.

We are second day into move into our house. Have had contractors here doing flooring , painting, etc. I go downstairs to look through piles of boxes for beach towels and see water rapidly coming out of the ceiling. I call Steves Waterworks, they actually answer. Not an answering service. They check and have Aaron out within an hour. He investigates where water is coming from - inside a wall. Turns out flooring person shot a long nail through copper pipe when adding flooring molding. So impressed with Aarons ability to locate the problem and fix it. So nice, neat and more than competent. Came when really needed him (Sunday afternoon).

The pressure switch on my well pump blow at 1130 on a Saturday morning and Steve's had it fixed by 2 o'clock! Overall great experience from the first phone call to Aaron O'Rourke who performed the work. He explained exactly what happened and how to fix it. Couldn't ask for more!

We had an emergency sewer backup late on a Saturday. We couldnt find anyone who could come sooner than Monday. Water to the house had to be shut off at my parents where I have a disabled sister. Got in touch with this company and WOW! They were out in less than an hour and fixed everything. It wasnt an easy job but you could tell this guy knew what he was doing. Endlessly grateful no one else could help, otherwise we would have never had this amazing experience. When things are at their worst who fixes it matters and this is our new GO TO. The experience was awesome. Tim was fantastic. He explained everything to me plainly so I could understand and was very friendly. He did what he was supposed to do and got my drain open. However, I do think that $450 was very steep to snake a drain.

I can truly say I have not had a better experience with any company. These are honest people who want to make an honest living. They treated us with respect and were very easy to work with. Justin came to install our new tank and was very efficient and even cleaned up after himself. Very nice people including the office person. Just all around good experience. We couldn't afford to pay outright for our new hot water tank, so went through their financing service. I called steves waterworks when my main water valves coming into the house were locked up and couldnt turn off the main water in an emergency. Aaron came out and assessed my situation. I needed new ball valves and a new water meter from white lake water department. He coordinated with the water department and came out and did an awesome job! Honest and quick!

Hose was stuck on a faucet, and thought I'd have to wait until the following week to get it fixed since it was Friday, but they had a late afternoon appointment, came out and took care of it for $140! For speed and quality of service, and text updates (including a picture of the driver that was headed our way, which I appreciated) I'll definitely call them back for any future water problems we have!

Fantastic service. Aaron was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He showed me my plumbing circuit flow and replaced leaky valve and filter.

Shane is handled my plumbing issue. Actually, it turned out not to be a plumbing issue at all. Shane was honest enough to tell me what was happening (a hidden alarm which ran out of batteries) and proceeded to check our sump pumps. This lead to a discivery of an electrical issue. I like thT they make an appointment, sometimes same day, and then call when on their way. Great experience.

Our pressure tank for our well sprung a pretty serious leak and we had water spraying all over our basement. A Plumber was at my house within an hour and a half of my call, diagnosed our issue and came back as the first stop the next morning since we had no running water in our home. It was an expensive repair/replace job, BUT it was professionally handled, and fixed within a day of my first call. The work for the new pipes that were installed is very clean! I also asked for an opinion on our hot water tank while he was here, and was given an honest answer back.

Called Steves on a Saturday. They had someone out to my house in less then 30 minutes. They diagnosed and let me know that we were at the mercy of my township to come and shut off my water. The technician let me know exactly when he was going to be back out. He came back out in the exact timeframe. He said he was going to and my water was restored in a timely manner. Also, the reception to answer the phone was extremely nice and professional. I love when people are nice on the phone. Price was reasonable and Work was wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say. We will be using them in the future. Thank you all.
