I had an emergency plumbing issue. I called two other notable companys prior to calling Steves Waterworks and only got to talk to an AI Bot. Steves Waterworks answered the phone with a human and promptly got me on their scheduled. The work was done excellent by Justin at a fair price. I highly recommend Steves Waterworks!

I called steves waterworks when my main water valves coming into the house were locked up and couldnt turn off the main water in an emergency. Aaron came out and assessed my situation. I needed new ball valves and a new water meter from white lake water department. He coordinated with the water department and came out and did an awesome job! No leaks and was professional all the way! Great job! Ill call them for any future plumbing needs.

Honest and quick!

Hose was stuck on a faucet, and thought I'd have to wait until the following week to get it fixed since it was Friday, but they had a late afternoon appointment, came out and took care of it for $140! For speed and quality of service, and text updates (including a picture of the driver that was headed our way, which I appreciated) I'll definitely call them back for any future water problems we have!

Fantastic service. Aaron was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He showed me my plumbing circuit flow and replaced leaky valve and filter.

Shane is handled my plumbing issue. Actually, it turned out not to be a plumbing issue at all. Shane was honest enough to tell me what was happening (a hidden alarm which ran out of batteries) and proceeded to check our sump pumps. This lead to a discivery of an electrical issue. I like thT they make an appointment, sometimes same day, and then call when on their way. Great experience.

Our pressure tank for our well sprung a pretty serious leak and we had water spraying all over our basement. A Plumber was at my house within an hour and a half of my call, diagnosed our issue and came back as the first stop the next morning since we had no running water in our home. It was an expensive repair/replace job, BUT it was professionally handled, and fixed within a day of my first call. The work for the new pipes that were installed is very clean! I also asked for an opinion on our hot water tank while he was here, and was given an honest answer back.

Great service!! I had 2 other local plumbers out and all they did was look around and guess the issue, charged me, and left without fixing the problem. These guys came out and actually problem solve the issue and fixed it.

I am very pleased with the service I received.

Called Steves on a Saturday. They had someone out to my house in less then 30 minutes. They diagnosed and let me know that we were at the mercy of my township to come and shut off my water. The technician let me know exactly when he was going to be back out. He came back out in the exact timeframe. He said he was going to and my water was restored in a timely manner. Also, the reception to answer the phone was extremely nice and professional. I love when people are nice on the phone. Price was reasonable and Work was wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say. We will be using them in the future. Thank you all.

Had an emergency happen first night in our new home, called Steves in a panic and over the phone helped stop the problem from getting worse. And had a plumber out so fast to get everything taken care of. But not only that they sent out Justin and he took extra care aloud us to ask questions and had all the answers. Toilet and bathtub wouldn't drain so Wyatt tried everything possible before having to pull the toilet to unclog the line going to the septic tank.took over 45 minutes to get it unplugged and put everything back like it never happened. In a word, fantastic. Needed a sump pump replacement on a Sunday. Called at 8:00 am and Justin was on site at 11:00 am. After reviewing my existing set up, Justin got work correcting prior install errors and installing a new unit. He was personable, very communicative and knowledgeable. After years of bouncing around between other companies, Steves Waterworks will be the only one in my contact list. Highly recommend.
