I had an outstanding experience with Shane from Steves Waterworks Plumbing. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work.
He took the time to ask about my preferences before starting the installation and was very respectful of my home throughout the entire process. One of the most impressive parts of the job was that he had to drill through an expensive marble countertop to install the reverse osmosis systemand he handled it flawlessly. Everything looks clean, precise, and professionally done.

Had an emergency happen first night in our new home, called Steves in a panic and over the phone helped stop the problem from getting worse. And had a plumber out so fast to get everything taken care of. But not only that they sent out Justin and he took extra care aloud us to ask questions and had all the answers. Previous foundation repairs being check in crawl space, said a valve was leaking on well bladder. I calleded Steve's Waterworks, Tim M came to our rescue, replaced pipes, new bladder, worked for hours replacing shameful existing. I felt he was honest, sincere, very plesant, super tough job! Had a very positive experience with Steve's Waterworks Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others! Came home to find a water leak in my basement at the main stack that needed urgent attention. Called after business hours on a Thursday night and someone was out Friday to assess the situation. The work was scheduled for Monday morning (it was deemed ok to make it through the weekend) and everything was sorted and fixed quickly. The plumber also helped address a few other small plumbing issues in the house that had been accumulating. Overall, I found them to be efficient, professional, courteous, and thorough. Again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will call on them again if needed!
